The Novato Professional Firefighter’s Association is an affiliated branch of Marin Professional Firefighters, Local 1775 of the International Association of Firefighters (IAFF). The IAFF Local 1775 is a labor union representing the career firefighters of Marin County, California. Every last one of our 57 members deliver world-class emergency response services and providing our citizens, visitors, and business owners the highest level of professionalism and customer service. The NPFA provides guidance & leadership in training, professionalism, labor relations, safety, & community issues to our members. Our mission is to promote & support our members as well as the communities we serve.

The NPFA Executive Board is comprised of 7 highly motivated members who are elected at large from the entire membership. Each member of our E-Board brings a diverse background of knowledge to the organization, enhancing our decision-making process to protect the wages, benefits, & working conditions of NPFA proud membership.
